Renovating house should be done regularly, but most of the homeowners don’t like it due to several reasons. First, it needs quite big budget, depends on the scope of the project. Second, it’s not easy to find qualified contractor with affordable price to manage the home project. In order to save the budget, you can manage the home project by your own.
You should be able to find the suppliers that sell construction supplies in reasonable price. Besides, you don’t have to buy the new equipments for doing the home renovation, you can buy the second-hand products that can still run well, such as: used skid steer parts.
If you still want to minimize the budget, you can ask your neighbors to share the budget to buy the equipments needed because the equipments needed for doing home improvement are basically similar. Or, you can also offer your service to your neighbors to handle to renovation project at their house. They will be happy to let you manage it because it’s very uncomfortable to let ‘strangers’ inside the house during the renovation project.
When you decide to manage the renovation by yourself, you have to calculate the time duration for the project; you could estimate the budget to pay handymen. Also, don’t forget to calculate the cements, sands, ceramics, and other supplies needed to renovate your house.
