How to Live Healthily

healthy living 300x212 How to Live HealthilyCleanliness is the base of the health. Everybody wants to have a healthy body. To keep our body always healthy, there are many ways to do it. And of course we have to keep our body healthy all the time, if we ignore it, we could suffer diseases any time since there are a lot of bacteria and viruses around us. We have to keep the cleanliness of our body, our environment, and also our food and drink.

In order to have our body clean, people have to take a bath or a shower twice day. Don’t forget to use soap for your body and shampoo for your hair. Make sure you have to dry all of your body with the clean towel. The towel must be washed at least twice a month. You should apply this to the whole family members.

If you want your environment clean, you and your neighbor have to do cleaning in your environment. Everybody have to throw rubbish or waste in rubbish bin. It is like in hospital that uses leveling casters for cleaning the floor. Leveling casters help making uneven floors less noticeable by making things the same height.  Your environment is included your house, too. Keep your floor and all your things always clean, you can clean them regularly.

To make you body still healthy you have to notice about food that you eat. Choose fresh food when you cook it by yourselves make sure the ingredients and materials are clean for drink; make sure that you the healthy water. You may drink mineral water or you boil the water before you drink. Try not to drink alcohol. It is suggested to drink milk or juice.

Living in cleanliness will make you always healthy.
